Please refer to shipping and DOA policy for any fish dead on arrival or lost packages. In the event that a cancelation is approved a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the order total 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
